SPECIAL USE PERMITS
Utah Code Title 32B, Chapter 10
Special Use Permits are issued for the purchase, sale, storage, use, consumption, or manufacture of alcoholic products in limited types and quantities, and for limited purposes. The fee schedule and Local Consent Form apply to all of the following permits. It is the responsibility of the permittee to ensure permit records are kept current with the DABS. Permits may be granted as follows:
Educational Use Permits for persons or organizations involved in educational pursuits:- Application Fee: None
- One time special use fee: $125
- Bond: None
- Application Fee: $75
- One-time special use fee: $250
- Industrial or Manufacturing Surety Bond
Public Service Permits are for operators of airlines, railroads, or other public conveyances:
- The permit year runs from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31.
- Application Fee: $75
- Annual Renewal Fee: $30/flight segment, etc.
- Public Service Surety Bond

- One-time special use fee: $125
