APPLY FOR OFF-PREMISE PRODUCTS APPROVAL

Before an alcoholic product may be sold at grocery and convenience stores ("off-premise") in Utah, the product manufacturer or approved representative must submit an application for approval to the DABS.(Title 32B, Chapter 1, Part 6, Malted Beverage Act, and Utah Administrative Code R82-1-105.)

Review the product label style guide to learn labeling requirements and other information on acceptable non-traditional beer products sold off-premise in Utah. Detailed explanations of label requirements are found on the Label and Packaging Requirements for Off-Premise Products document.
