Looking for something we don’t currently carry?
The Special Orders Program is provided at no additional cost for consumers seeking products not currently stocked or listed by the agency. It is designed to help you access a wider selection of products through authorized distributors and importers.
Important Restrictions – Please Read Before Submitting a Request:
- Rare, High-Demand, and Allocated Products cannot be ordered through the Special Order program.
- Beer with an ABV below 5.1% cannot be fulfilled by DABS. Please refer to the Off-Premises Products list for options available in Utah grocery stores.
- Before submitting a request, please check our Product Locator to ensure the item is not already available in our stores.
- Barrel orders are subject to pre-approval by the supplier and may not be available to all consumers. Barrel orders are subject to a minimum case purchase.
- Full case purchases only – no partial case orders can be accepted. Case size is determined by the producer and can vary.
Please also note:
- Old vintages and highly allocated items are typically not obtainable.
- The product must be currently available at wholesale pricing from the producer or their authorized U.S. distributor or importer.
- The customer has 14 business days to pick up their order from the store once it arrives.
To place a special order:
Use the form above to submit your request. You will need to provide:
- Your name and contact information
- Desired store for pickup
- Product details including name, size, and vintage
- Importer or distributor name (as listed on the back label) to help expedite processing
Fulfillment Timeline:
Orders are typically delivered to your selected liquor store approximately 45 days after a price quote is received by DABS.
